With Power BI Desktop you can instantly visualize Tikit data, quickly build your own dashboards, and publish into OneDrive, Sharepoint, or Teams. You can follow the below steps to load Tikit into Power BI or follow the Tikit Setup Series – Power BI video guide.
1. Obtain an access token
2. Download the latest version of the Power BI Template for your respective Tikit Plan
– Service Desk
– ITSM
3. Double-click the template file to open
4. Click ‘Load’
5. You might see a warning about Privacy levels. Check the box to ignore and click ‘Save’
6. Queries will finish loading and your dashboards will populate.
Your data is now in Power BI. Enjoy!
