    any plans to add the functionality for Users to rate their Helpdesk expirience on a by ticket basis?
    Simple Positiv-Neutral-Negativ would be enough for my application

      @Sebastian thanks for the feedback! This is something we have talked about internally but wanted to wait to hear from customers, about what they would want from a post Ticket survey, before we implemented anything. Would a CSAT type survey fit your needs?

        For our needs even simpler than 1-5 CSAT would be best.

        Perfect would be something like – ticket resolution – User gets presented a Card: positive – neutral – negative
