Tikit setup troubles

Hi, our IT department is trialing ticket and loving it so far, but we can’t seem to get one of our IT users on the application. He gets the card from tikit that says “To get started, please click the link below”. However, after he tries to verify, even after logging into microsoft successfully, he just gets sent the card again and is not able to access the application. We have tried verifying on both the web app and desktop application, signing out/back into both of them, removing the app from teams and readding it, still no dice.

    Any help would be appreciated.

You do not have appropriate access rights to talk to Tikit. If you feel you’ve received this in error, please contact your administrator.

Any update on this? I have about 20 users already on Tikit and was adding another user when this error occurred for the last user. No other users have experienced this issue.

Circling back on this topic to let everyone know that we have pushed an update to Tikit that should resolve this looping issue moving forward for all customers.
Much thanks to Nick, CJ, and Mike for reaching out on this issue to help us track down the bug and get it resolved.
Just in case, if anyone runs into another consent loop for new users or existing users that have had a name/email change that doesn’t match their user principal name please absolutely reach out and let us know. Thanks!

      Cheers,
      Ryan
