We’re learning about our new HelpBot and are very interested in the FAQ import function. We’ve tried two very basic FAQs sucsessfuly, and noticed that many daynamic FAQ pages do not work.
Is there more information avaiable on how this bot imports provided FAQs and determains how to respond?
Is there a recomened page format for the FAQs we import?
Can we feed it a word doc or self hosted sharepoint or static HTML file with an FAQ format?
