Helpbot Setup

The app is allowed in permissions and I was able to add it to my Teams. I got the introduction as I would expect. However, it send the introductory message to me twice and both messages proceeded with the following message.

I don't know what just happened there, but I've gone ahead and alerted the right people. Can I help you with anything else?

Any messages I send to Helpbot responds with that same message.f

I was able to successfully configure Tikit on a team and set triage to a channel.
