Pin Apps & Channels

Did you know you can pin the Tikit Teams App/Bot to your navigation for easy access? Simply go to the Tikit app and then in your Teams left hand navigation right click to bring up the context menu and then select pin. Once you pin the app you can also reorder it if desired.

When setting up app policies you can also choose to force apps to be pinned for your users. We outline how to do this in the HelpBot Recommended Setup Guide.

You can also pin a channel so that it stays at the top of you Teams list. This is very useful for people who belong to many teams and want easy access to there triage channel.
