I would like to know if there are future plans to allow for attachments to be added to open tickets? Adding screen shots or pictures would be a great feature.

  Hi Dillon,
  We have ticket attachments on the Roadmap for upcoming features and are currently waiting for approval from Microsoft to approve our app changes.
